Neugeboren O'Dowd PC – Sean R. O'Dowd joins the firm as a Shareholder and Partner

April 4, 2008 – We are excited to announce that effective April 1, 2008, Sean R. O'Dowd has been named a Shareholder and Partner of the firm.

Sean's practice focuses on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis in the areas of patent counseling and procurement, patent licensing, and support of litigation and transactional matters. Previously, Sean practiced in the Intellectual Property and Litigation groups of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and was an associate at the intellectual property law firm of Fitch, Even, Tabin, and Flannery. Sean received his law degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University College of Law in 2001. While at Arizona State, he was an Associate Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque in 1991. Please see the Biography section of our web site to learn more about Sean and his background.

Along with Sean joining the firm as a Shareholder, the firm name has officially changed to Neugeboren O'Dowd PC. Over the next few months we will be expanding our practice, moving offices and undergoing a more complete re–branding. Stay tuned for more information about our upcoming move.
