Shane C. Percival
I obtain, manage, and enforce intellectual property assets for my clients. Whether the client is involved with consumer products, SAAS, data-processing, or finance, I ensure their ideas, designs, and brands are secured world-wide. I also prevent others from using these secured assets. By integrating myself within the executive, development, design, and/or marketing teams and working closely with in-house counsel, together we proactively assess the needs of the client to determine the proper scope of protection. We then establish a plan to reach our goals. Using my experience as an engineer and project manager at both large and startup companies, together with my 10+ years of experience as an IP attorney, I can uniquely guide the client from many pitfalls associated with managing intellectual property.
When it’s time to acquire, sell, or otherwise assess the value and/or scope of IP assets, I ensure that the review is conducted thoroughly and the client is provided with an accurate desired assessment.
Through our talented team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, we provide IP legal services to a variety of clients, ranging from some of the largest companies in the world to the pre-Series A entity.
